Project Name: vulnerable Group Development (VGD)
Project Duration: March 2015 to December’2016.
Funding organization: Ministry of Women and children affairs Bangladesh

Project Goal: Increase social status of vulnerable women.
Project Purpose:
Develop capacities to vulnerable women by training.
To ensure participation of vulnerable women in group meeting .
Include with IGA vulnerable women.
Ensure monthly savings collection and deposit to bank.
Project Output: To provide life skill Training to 100% vulnerable women.
To provide IGA Training to 90% vulnerable women.
To ensure savings collection and savings management to 100% vulnerable women.
To include micro credit of Minimum 30% vulnerable women.

Chittagong Rangunia 15 Union in total upazila
Rawzan 14 Union in total upazila
Hathazari 14 Union in total upazila
Rangamati Kawkhali 04 Union in total upazila

Beneficiary/Stakeholder: vulnerable women and their family Upazila Women affairs Office, District Women affairs Office, TNO, Union perished in VGD working areas.

Short description:
This project will be continuing training for vulnerable women .
Monthly saving collection and deposit to bank.
To ensure monthly food support.
provide training by specialist like live stoke officer, agriculture officer.
include microcredit program and implementation IGA activity .

Major Achievements:

• To ensure participation of women in training .
  100% savings collection and refund after project duration.
  To attend upazila and district level meeting and seminar.
  To attend meeting with union VGD committee.
  Ensure to submit quarterly report timely .
  Include with IGA activity with support of micro credit program to vulnerable women
